Micro Drill: Three Lines of Truth
A fast journal format when the mind is loud.
Micro Drill Long journaling feels impossible. But three honest lines can still open a window. Clarity is not the same as certainty; clarity is enough light for the next step. Why It Helps A fast journal format when the mind is loud. The point is not to create another rule. The point is to make an invisible moment visible enough that you can treat yourself and other people with more skill. Two Minute Drill 0:00 0:30 Name the situation in one sentence. 0:30 1:00 Name the feeling as body data. 1:00 1:30 Name the need under the feeling. 1:30 2:00 Choose one sentence, one breath, or one next action. Micro drills are useful because they are too small to become another self improvement project. Try It Once Write: what happened, what I felt, what I need next. Make It Yours Lower the intensity until the action is repeatable. Add one person if doing it alone makes it unsafe. Measure usefulness by clarity, steadiness, or connection, not by perfection. Media to Open Open the companion media Use the media as a prompt, not homework. Pause once and write one sentence that feels personally useful.
