Mindfulness practice. 12m. Difficulty: Easy.
1. Choose one emotion that is present right now. 2. Pick a color that matches its tone, not what you think it should look like. 3. Place that color on the part of the body where the feeling is strongest. 4. Add a second color for what this emotion may need: rest, space, expression, connection, or protection. 5. End by naming one small care action you can do in the next hour.
