3-Minute Breath Reset
Meditation practice. 3m. Difficulty: Easy.
1. Sit upright and let your shoulders drop. 2. Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds for ten cycles. 3. If the mind wanders, label it "thinking" and return to the next exhale. 4. Notice whether the body feels even 1% more settled. 5. Name one small action you will do next.
