Workshop consists of 2 parts, each part has 2 sessions:

Part I: Understanding Yourself

- Session 1: Know Yourself Sharply

- Session 2: Believe in yourself

Part II: Living a Happy Life

- Session 3: Love & Love Main

- Session 4: Creating a happy, healthy life

The content in each lesson consists of 02 main activities: Writing activity (writing session) & Coaching activity (training session).

Time:

- Time from 18h30 to 21h

- The days of June 21 - June 28 - July 5 - July 12 (in 2020)

Location: Qspace - 30/11C Mac Dinh Chi, Da Kao, District 1, Ho Chi Minh (Opposite ACB Mac Dinh Chi)

Workshop has 4 sessions - including 2 parts - 2 sessions each - students are allowed to register at least 1 part (2 sessions at the beginning or at the end of the session).

Key project:

- 200,000 VND / session (800,000 VND all or 400,000 VND for 2 sessions)
