About The Event

What does Business Administration and Psychology have to do with Coalition?

Perhaps, the biggest common point between Psychology and Business Administration, that is: People. Psychology PhD student, MBA 'uses' people (human resources) and serves human needs (customers). One of the biggest, most difficult formulas in business administration is: Working with people.

That's right, the parallel with the greatest formula does not come from fields, competitors, cell economy ... but from experiments when working with people.

If there is something, help managers understand: human emotions (where they come from, how they work), human needs (how to meet them), human behavior (why act like this, that) ... then working with humans becomes a little easier.

And Psychology, can help in that angle, when applied to Business Administration.

The sharing session is called Bupsyness (Business + Psychology) - is the shared factual knowledge. Helping managers (or working in organizations) how to 'bring psychology into management' - in a simple, practical way - without having to have in-depth knowledge of mentality.

And for that, Thien Tam will organize this class by a Sharer who understands both Business Administration and Psychology.
